Salmon lasagna

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g spinach, fresh
  • 40 g butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 250 g cream, semi-skimmed
  • 100 ml milk (skimmed milk)
  • 400 g salmon fillet(s)
  • 200 g lasagna sheet(s)
  • 50 g cheese
  • nutmeg
  • Salt
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with spinach

Wash and trim the spinach, then blanch it in boiling salted water for about one minute. Melt the butter, sauté the flour in it, and deglaze with the cream and milk. Season with salt and nutmeg and simmer for about 5 minutes. Cut the salmon fillet into very thin, flat slices. Grease an ovenproof dish. Layer the lasagna sheets, spinach leaves, salmon, and sauce in the dish, alternating layers until all ingredients are used. The top layer should be the light sauce. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes. Cut the cheese into strips and arrange them in a lattice pattern on top of the lasagna 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Serve hot.
