Salmon noodles

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cups of cream
  • Tomato paste
  • 2 packs of smoked salmon
  • salt and pepper
  • dill
  • lemon juice
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Pour water into a pot, add a little salt, and bring to a boil. Add pasta, cook until tender, and drain. Meanwhile, cut the salmon into finger-thick strips. Peel the onions and finely dice them. Heat the oil in a pot. Add the onions and fry until golden brown. Add the cream. Add the tomato paste and cook until the sauce turns light pink. Add the salmon strips and stir gently. Season to taste with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and dill. Add the pasta to the sauce, stir, and season again.
