Salmon noodles with fresh basil

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 200 g pasta (best suited are tagliatelle, tagliarini, wide ribbon pasta or croissants)
  • 1 pack of smoked salmon
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • sweet cream
  • Basil, fresh
  • salt and pepper
  • Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Pasta Salmone

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, chop the salmon into small pieces. Briefly fry in a little oil until well cooked. Be careful, this goes pretty quickly. Add the crème fraîche and about 1/3 cup of cream and mix. Season with salt and pepper. Add fresh, finely chopped basil. Let the whole thing simmer gently for about 5 minutes until the sauce has thickened. Serve with the pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (preferably freshly grated). Tip: Add a small dash of lemon juice to the sauce! This adds a slightly creamy, fresh flavor.
