Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • 1 cup cream (milk works too)
  • pepper
  • 250 g tagliatelle pasta
  • Aromat
  • some margarine

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quick and easy

Cook the tagliatelle according to the package instructions, drain, and rinse. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Sauté in a little margarine. Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces and fry. Deglaze with the white wine and thicken with the cream. Season to taste (do not add salt!). Mix the tagliatelle with the sauce and serve. A green salad is a great addition.
