Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 slice(s) smoked salmon
- 125 g quark
- 2 egg yolks, hard-boiled
- 1 tbsp milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Whisk the quark with the egg yolks and milk until frothy. Roll the salmon slices into a cone shape and pipe the quark filling into the cone shape using a piping bag.
