Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of smoked salmon
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • 50 g crème fraîche
  • ½ tbsp dill, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Lay the salmon out on aluminum foil to form a rectangle. Mix the cream cheese, crème fraîche, and dill well, then spread a thin layer evenly over the salmon. Using aluminum foil, wrap the salmon into a roll and place it in the freezer for a few hours. Then, while frozen, cut into small pieces.
