Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 1 can pineapple, chopped (drained weight 340 g)
- 4 apples, sour
- 6 gherkins
- 4 eggs, hard-boiled, peeled
- 2 cups sour cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
with pineapple
Cut all ingredients into small cubes. Then place them in a bowl and mix. Add a little pineapple juice to taste. Chill (preferably in the refrigerator) until ready to serve.
