Salmon Salad

The perfect salmon salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 125 g Smoked salmon fillet
  • 1 Baby peppers
  • 0,5 Papaya
  • 1 Spring onion stick
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoon Freshly squeezed grapefruit fruit juice
  • Pepper
  • 3 Pinches Cane sugar
  1. Dice the salmon. Cut the bell pepper and spring onion into rings. Cut the tomato into slices. Chop the parsley. Halve, peel and dice the papaya.
  2. Mix all ingredients together. Pass the juice over. Season to taste with pepper and sugar.
