Salmon Salad
The perfect salmon salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 125 g Smoked salmon fillet
- 1 Baby peppers
- 0,5 Papaya
- 1 Spring onion stick
- 1 Tomato
- 1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoon Freshly squeezed grapefruit fruit juice
- Pepper
- 3 Pinches Cane sugar
- Dice the salmon. Cut the bell pepper and spring onion into rings. Cut the tomato into slices. Chop the parsley. Halve, peel and dice the papaya.
- Mix all ingredients together. Pass the juice over. Season to taste with pepper and sugar.
