Salmon – Spinach – Pasta

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 350 g pasta
  • 100 ml cream
  • 100 g smoked salmon, diced
  • 200 g leaf spinach, frozen
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the pasta until al dente. Lightly fry the salmon pieces in the oil over medium heat, add the thawed spinach, and stir briefly. Then add the garlic and cream and simmer for about 3 minutes over low heat. Finally, season with salt and stir in the cooked pasta.
