Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 pack of cream cheese
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 pack of salmon substitute, sliced
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chop the salmon substitute, eggs, and onion into small pieces. Mix well with the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper. Tastes best on a baguette. Note: It’s a bit difficult to mix at first, but try not to add any liquid, otherwise it will become too soft.
