Salmon Steak
The perfect salmon steak recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Salmon steaks
- 2 Salmon steaks a approx. 200 grams
- 1 Lemon
- Brown sugar
- Pepper from the grinder
- Sea salt from the mill
Beetroot and feta salad
- 1 tuber Cooked beetroot
- 100 g Diced feta
- Leaf lettuce
Salad dressing
- 50 ml Olive oil
- 50 ml Sunflower oil
- 50 ml Balsamic vinegar
- 1 El Honey liquid
- 1 tsp heaped Chopped chives
- 1 tsp heaped Chopped parsley
- 1 Handful Chopped mint
Dressing and salad
- For the dressing, put all the ingredients in a shaker or bowl and mix everything together well. Dice the beetroot and feta, transfer to a bowl and set aside.
Salmon steaks
- Rinse salmon steaks with cold water, pat dry, remove loose bones, season with salt and pepper, cut lemon into slices and turn in brown sugar. Fry the salmon steaks on each side for approx. 2-3 minutes (depending on the thickness) over medium heat. Fry the lemon slices for about 2 minutes on each side and let them caramelize
- Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well, arrange everything on plates and let it be feasted.
