Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g salmon fillet(s), without skin and bones
  • Pepper, green, yellow and red
  • 1 shallot(s)
  • 4 mushrooms
  • 400 ml cream
  • 200 ml white wine
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
  • salt and pepper
  • butter
  • Peppercorns, red

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sauté the chopped shallot, the sliced ​​bell pepper, and the sliced ​​mushrooms in the butter. Sprinkle with paprika and deglaze with the white wine. Add the cream and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper. Add the raw salmon, cut into strips approximately 3 cm long and 1 cm wide, and simmer gently for 5-8 minutes. Garnish with the red peppercorns.
