Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 200 g apples
- 100 g pickled gherkins (mustard gherkins)
- 125 g sour cream
- 5 tsp dill, chopped
- 2 ½ tbsp mustard
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Dice the salmon. Peel, core, and finely dice the apple. Finely dice the pickle. Mix everything together. Combine the sour cream, dill, mustard, salt, and pepper and stir into the apple-salmon mixture. Serve with pumpernickel.
