Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of tortellini with salmon filling
- 50 g butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 200 ml vegetable stock
- 100 g crème fraîche with herbs
- 1 tbsp mixed herbs, frozen
- possibly salt and pepper
- possibly horseradish
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Prepare the tortellini according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, melt the butter, stir in the flour, and gradually add the vegetable stock to create a creamy sauce. Stir in the crème fraîche and herbs. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. If desired, stir in a teaspoon of jarred horseradish. Serve with the tortellini.
