Salmon with Fried Dumplings and Brussels Sprouts

The perfect salmon with fried dumplings and brussels sprouts recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Salmon fillet
  • 3 Dumplings from the previous day
  • 300 g Brussels sprouts fresh
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp Soy cream
  • 1 Small onion
  • Oil or butter
  1. Clean the Brussels sprouts, cut out the stalk and leaf apart the cabbage. Cut the onion into fine cubes. Sauté the onion in a little oil (if you also like butter), add the cabbage leaves and gently simmer over a medium heat. Turn again and again.
  1. Peel the skin off the salmon, halve the piece, season with salt and pepper and fry in a little oil on both sides for 3-4 minutes. Cut the dumplings into slices and fry in butter on both sides.
  1. Season the Brussels sprouts with salt, pepper and nutmeg, baste with soy sauce (cream also possible) and toss briefly. Arrange everything together.
