Salmon with tagliatelle

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g salmon fillet(s)
  • 200 g ribbon pasta or tagliatelle
  • 2 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 200 ml cream
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • Cornstarch, for thickening
  • some water
  • 1 tbsp dill, chopped
  • Vegetable broth, instant

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the tagliatelle according to the package instructions. Cut the salmon into pieces and fry in butter. Remove the salmon from the pan and brown the tomato paste. Deglaze with cream and vegetable stock, bring to a boil, and thicken with cornstarch mixed with a little water. Season to taste with vegetable stock powder and stir in the dill. Finally, add the salmon and tagliatelle to the sauce and serve hot.
