Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp leaf parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp chives, small rolls
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 100 g corn
  • some vinegar
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Barbecue sauce for meat

Deseed the tomatoes, peel the onion, and dice both into small pieces. Finely chop the parsley and finely chop the chives. Peel and finely dice the bell peppers. Place everything in a bowl, add the corn, and season with vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and pepper. This salsa goes well with any grilled meat.
