Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 85 g pretzel sticks
  • 100 g ham
  • 250 g Gouda, sliced ​​or grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Line a small baking dish with 1/3 of the cheese, arrange half of the pretzel sticks on top, and top with half of the ham. Then layer another 1/3 of the cheese on top, place the second half of the pretzel sticks on top, and arrange the second half of the ham on top. Finally, cover with the remaining cheese. Place in a cold oven and bake at 200°C (fan oven) for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and browned.
