Salt with dried nasturtium for the mill

Spread the love

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 100 g sea salt, coarse
  • 5 tbsp nasturtium flowers, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 14 days; Total time approx. 14 days 10 minutes

After harvesting, roughly tear and clean the nasturtium blossoms. Then place them in a bowl and let them air dry for a good two weeks. When the blossoms are completely dry, place them in a mill with the coarse salt. The blossoms will develop a pleasant, slightly peppery aroma when ground and will also impart a beautiful color to the salt.
