Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g almonds, peeled
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Paprika powder, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Roast the almonds in batches in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown. Then return all the roasted almonds to the pan, season with salt and paprika, and continue roasting briefly.
