with nut filling
Mix all the nuts and chopped pistachios with the sugar. Drizzle in enough orange blossom water until the mixture is formable. Depending on the desired size of the finished samsa (between 4 and 8 cm), cut the dough sheets into strips of any width. Press the nut mixture into a triangular shape in the bottom left corner and fold it upwards in the same triangular shape. Before the last two turns, brush the sheet with egg white to ensure it stays together. Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and place the samsa on it. Brush with melted butter and place a knob of butter on each samsa. Bake for about 10-15 minutes; they should be lightly browned. Let cool briefly. Finally, brush with warmed honey and sprinkle with a sprinkle of pistachios.
