Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 500 g flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • some rum
  • 100 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients into a batter. Pour into a prepared pan. Bake for 60 minutes at 160°C fan-assisted oven or 180°C conventional oven.
