Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter or baking margarine
- 200 g sugar
- 400 g flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 75 ml milk
- some fat, for the mold

Gradually add all ingredients to a bowl and mix with a mixer until a batter forms. If the batter is too sticky or firm, add a little more milk. Preheat the oven to approximately 180 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) (160 degrees Celsius fan-assisted). Meanwhile, grease a suitable baking pan. Pour the batter into the pan and bake in the oven for approximately 45 minutes. After baking, turn the cake out onto a wire rack or similar surface, let it cool, and decorate as desired.
