Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small iceberg lettuce
  • 1 small can of peach(s), split
  • ½ bottle of curry sauce
  • 200 g turkey meat
  • some salt
  • tsp, stripped paprika powder, sweet
  • 4 tbsp pumpkin seed oil
  • 6 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

With peaches, turkey and curry sauce

Wash the iceberg lettuce and tear it into bite-sized pieces. Marinate it with pumpkin seed oil and balsamic vinegar and arrange it on a platter. Cut the drained peaches into small pieces and arrange it on the salad. Chop the turkey, season with salt and paprika, and fry it in oil until golden brown. Arrange it on the salad, drizzle with curry sauce, and sprinkle with paprika. Serve with whole-grain bread.
