Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast (wholemeal toast)
  • 4 tbsp pesto
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 100g mozzarella
  • 2 tomatoes or tomato paste
  • Basil, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the cream and pesto. Spread this cream on one side of each slice of two slices of toast and top with the lettuce leaves, then with the mozzarella and tomato slices (or a little tomato paste), and finally with the fresh basil leaves. Cover with the remaining slices and cut diagonally.
