Sandwich – bites with celery and parmesan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 slices of white toast bread, crust removed
  • 4 stalk(s) Celery , washed, cleaned and cut into fine cubes
  • 125 ml whipped cream, stiffly whipped
  • 30 g Parmesan, freshly grated
  • some Worcestershire sauce
  • some butter, soft, for spreading
  • some salt
  • some black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine the cream, Parmesan cheese, and celery, and season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Spread four slices of toast first with butter and then with the celery cream. Place the remaining slices on top, press down lightly, and serve cut into strips.
