- 4 slices of bread
- 4 slices of Emmental or cheese of your choice
- 4 slices of chicken breast
- 40 g cream cheese
- some mango chutney
- 8 slice(s) cucumber(s)
- 1 half tomato(s)
Instructions

Place two slices of bread side by side. Spread one half generously with cream cheese and the other with mango chutney. Then top the sides with the mango chutney, cheese, and chicken breast. Slice the cucumber and tomato and place them on the sandwich. Fold everything together, cut in half, and enjoy a super delicious sandwich/breakfast/snack/quick dinner.
