Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ¼ liter red wine
- ⅛ liter of water
- 400 g pork fillet(s)
- 200 g pork liver(s)
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 onion(s), finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- Parsley
- salt and pepper
- 2 cloves
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Confusion
Wash and dice the meat, and cook it with red wine and water, onion, garlic, paprika, parsley, and the remaining spices for 20-30 minutes. Remove the meat and drain well. Then fry it in oil for 3-5 minutes. Add the strained wine liquid and bring to a boil briefly. Serve the meat with the sauce.
