Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g minced beef
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp, heaped mustard, medium hot
- 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 70 g Cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Knead all ingredients thoroughly by hand. Then divide into the desired portions and shape. We always use 150 g per patty. Fry or grill as usual.
