Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 32 sardines, very fresh
  • 1 handful of sea salt
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Place the cleaned and washed sardines in a bowl with the sea salt and let it marinate for at least 1 hour. Then carefully wipe off the salt grains with a cloth and lightly rub with olive oil. Grill on the hot grill for about 4 minutes on each side and serve warm.
