Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 250 g quark
- 250 g butter
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 2 cans of skinless, boneless sardines
- 1 onion(s)
- 3 eggs, hard-boiled
- 3 gherkins
- salt and pepper
- Mustard
- lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Finely chop the onion, cucumber, and eggs. Mix the butter, quark, and crème fraîche until creamy. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Season to taste.
