Smoked Pork with Apple, Onion and Honey-mustard Sauce

- 8 Kassel chops
- 4 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 2 Red onions
- 2 Apples
- 400 ml Broth
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- 1 tsp Honey liquid
- 2 tsp Mustard
- Fry the meat in hot oil for about 6 minutes and remove. Peel the onion and cut into strips. Peel and core the apple and cut into wedges. Steam both in the frying fat for about 5 minutes.
