Smoked Pork with Apple, Onion and Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 4 Kasselerkotelet triggered
  • Margarine
  • 4 Red Onions
  • 4 small Apples
  • 400 ml Broth
  • Food starch
  • 3 teaspoon Mustard
  • Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Wash the pork chops, pat dry and fry in a pan with hot fat on both sides over medium heat for about 6 minutes, remove and keep warm.
  • Peel the onions, cut in half crosswise into wedges, wash the apples, quarter them, remove the casing and also cut into wedges.
  • Now put the onions and apples in the pan with the roasting fat and sauté for about 5 minutes, then deglaze with the stock, bring to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes.
  • Mix a little cornstarch and thicken the sauce with it if you want and season with mustard and sugar.
  • Now on a plate with potatoes as a side dish, or what you would like to serve. -------------------ENJOY YOUR MEAL----------------------
