Ingredients
- 4 Kasselerkotelet triggered
- Margarine
- 4 Red Onions
- 4 small Apples
- 400 ml Broth
- Food starch
- 3 teaspoon Mustard
- Sugar
Instructions
- Wash the pork chops, pat dry and fry in a pan with hot fat on both sides over medium heat for about 6 minutes, remove and keep warm.
- Peel the onions, cut in half crosswise into wedges, wash the apples, quarter them, remove the casing and also cut into wedges.
- Now put the onions and apples in the pan with the roasting fat and sauté for about 5 minutes, then deglaze with the stock, bring to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Mix a little cornstarch and thicken the sauce with it if you want and season with mustard and sugar.
- Now on a plate with potatoes as a side dish, or what you would like to serve. -------------------ENJOY YOUR MEAL----------------------
