Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 large jacket potatoes
  • 1 slice(s) bacon, lean
  • 200 g sauerkraut, cooked
  • 4 sausages (Wiener) cut into small slices or pieces
  • 150 g pineapple pieces from the can
  • 4 peach(s) (halves) from the can, cut into small slices
  • 6 slices of cheese (raclette cheese)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Pre-cook the bacon and sauerkraut, then cut into small pieces. Layer half of the sliced ​​potatoes in a baking dish. Then arrange the bacon pieces on top. Add the sauerkraut as the second layer. Next, add the sausages, pineapple, and peaches. Then add the other half of the potato slices to the baking dish. Finally, spread the raclette cheese on top. Bake in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20-30 minutes, until the cheese is crispy.
