Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g potatoes, old
- 1 roll, old
- 3 large carrots
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
- curry powder
- Parsley
- Milk

Potatoes and carrots as a casserole, spicy
The potatoes should be older. Grate them coarsely. Soak one old bread roll in milk and then puree it. Coarsely grate three carrots. Mix all ingredients together. Bake for two hours at 250°C (Gas Mark 6). Remove the lid during the last half hour to give it a nice crust. This goes well with compote (apple sauce) or ketchup. If you like, you can also add fried bacon.
