Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large can of sauerkraut
  • 4 slices of smoked pork
  • 4 Mettenden
  • e.g. paprika powder
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

tasty and quick

Slice the Mettenden sausages, dice the smoked pork, and fry both. Add sauerkraut and simmer for at least 15 minutes. Add a little water if necessary to prevent burning, but the liquid should be completely evaporated by the end. Finally, season with paprika, pepper, and salt. We always serve this dish in warmed bread rolls, but it also goes well with mashed potatoes.
