Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 80 g sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 50 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 50 g cornstarch
- 375 g quark
- 180 g sugar
- 2 points gelatin
- 600 g cream
- ½ bar of chocolate (dark cream)
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Make a sponge cake from the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, flour, baking powder, and cornstarch and bake in a springform pan at 170°C for about 15 minutes. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Mix the quark with the sugar and stir in the dissolved gelatin. Add the cream and spread the mixture over the base. Once it has set, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie with a little oil, spread it over the cake, and cut it into 16 pieces.
