Sausage and cheese salad Peter's style

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g meat sausage with garlic
  • 3 slices of Gouda, medieval
  • 3 radishes
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 2 eggs
  • some parsley
  • some chives
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • Salt and pepper, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Boil the eggs hard, let them cool, and slice them. Cut the sausage and cheese into strips. Peel the onion(s), halve them, and then slice them into thin half rings. Cut the bell peppers into pieces about 1 x 1 cm. Halve or quarter the cherry tomatoes, depending on their size. Wash the radishes, slice them thinly, and lightly salt them. Chop the herbs. Place everything in a bowl and mix well. Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and mustard well. Season with salt and pepper. If desired, whip with a milk frother until frothy. Pour the vinaigrette over the salad and mix again. Serve with fresh pretzels or baguette.
