Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 eggs
- 150 g corn
- 150 g meat sausage
- 250 ml tartar sauce
- 50 ml milk
- 1 tsp mustard
- some pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes
Boil the eggs, let them cool, peel them, and slice them. Drain the corn and cut the sausage into fairly small cubes. Mix together the milk, remoulade sauce, mustard, and pepper. Add the eggs, corn, and sausage.
