Sausage and radish salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g meat sausage
  • 150 g radish(s), white
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • Chive rolls

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Low-carb

Halve the bologna and cut into thin slices. Peel the radish, halve or quarter it lengthwise, and slice it. Finely chop the onion. Whisk together a marinade made from vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and a little sugar. Mix with the sausage and radish, then fold in the capers and chives.
