Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g sausages, Vienna sausages
- 1 onion(s)
- 500 g tomatoes, pureed
- 200 g whipped cream
- 250 g pasta
- Herbs, Italian, frozen or dried
- salt and pepper
- Broth, granulated
- oil
- Paprika powder, hot
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Chop the onion and sauté in a pan until translucent, then remove from the pan. Slice the sausage and fry in oil. Add the onion. Deglaze with the passata and add the cream. Season to taste with herbs and spices. Variation: Add chili, or small pieces of bell pepper, or a little red wine. Serve with pasta.
