Sausage in wine

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 small sausages, garlic
  • 4 slices of toast
  • 1 tbsp white wine
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

on toast

Brown the garlic sausages in butter in a pan, remove them, and brown the toast slices in the same fat. Place the garlic sausages on the toast slices. Add the wine to the pan and reduce by 2/3. Add the tomato paste and remaining butter and bring to a boil, then pour over the sausage and toast.
