Sausage pan with mustard cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 500 g sausage (ham and meat sausage)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 125 ml broth, clear
  • 125 g whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp mustard, hot
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

ready in about 20 minutes

Clean, wash, and finely chop the spring onions. Remove the skin from the sausage and slice it. Brown the sausage slices in the hot oil, turning occasionally. Add the spring onions and fry briefly. Deglaze with the broth and cream. Stir in the mustard and cook for 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
