Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg smoked pork, boneless
- 4 tbsp mustard (medium hot)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine the mustard, sugar, oil, and breadcrumbs and brush the meat with it. Place on the grill above the roasting pan or directly on the roasting pan. Cook on the lowest rack at 180°C fan-assisted oven for approximately 50 minutes.
