Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g pasta (tagliatelle)
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 4 tsp olive oil
- 2 lemons, untreated
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 60 g Parmesan
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cook the tagliatelle in boiling salted water until al dente. Wash the parsley, pat dry, and finely chop it along with the peeled garlic clove. Squeeze the lemons and add the juice to a large bowl along with the olive oil, parsley, and garlic. Mix everything well and season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Pour the sauce over the tagliatelle and serve immediately. WW: 6 points/person
