Sausage salad with a twist

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g meat sausage, cut into small pieces
  • 3 bell peppers, colored
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 1 large onion(s), red
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 packs of garden herbs
  • 2 tbsp ketchup

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the bell peppers and tomatoes, then cut into bite-sized cubes. Halve the cucumber lengthwise and slice into thin semicircles. Peel the onion and slice thinly. Depending on your taste, you can, of course, cut the vegetables into larger pieces. Personally, I prefer it thinner. For the dressing, place the sour cream in a large bowl and mix well with the herbs and ketchup. Add the sausage and all the prepared vegetables, and mix everything well. Serve with either ciabatta or farmhouse bread.
