Sausage salad with cheese

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 150 g meat sausage
  • 50 g cheese (Emmental or Gouda)
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 100 g gherkins
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • 1 bag of ready-made salad dressing mix (garden herbs)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the sausage, halve it, and cut it into thin strips. Cut the cheese into strips. Peel the onion, halve it, and slice it into wafer-thin rings. Slice the gherkins as well. Then make a marinade from 2 tablespoons of water, 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil, and 1 sachet of the marinade mix. Mix all ingredients with the marinade and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
