Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g meat sausage
- 200 g cheese (e.g. Gouda or butter cheese)
- some tomatoes (e.g. cocktail tomatoes)
- n. B. Pickled gherkin(s)
- 1 tbsp mustard, sweet
- 1 tsp mustard, hot
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar (e.g. apple cider vinegar)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Dice the sausage and cheese. Add the gherkins and tomatoes (amount to your liking). Make a dressing with sweet and hot mustard, oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper, and toss everything thoroughly with the salad. It’s best to let the salad marinate for a while. Serve with some delicious fresh bread. If you prefer a low-carb diet, you can also enjoy the salad on its own.
