Strawberry Coconut Cocktail

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 120 ml Vodka
  • 70 ml Coconut syrup
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dice the strawberries. Puree all ingredients except ice cubes with the blender. Fill into pretty glasses with ice cubes and serve.
  • As a decoration, you can dip the edges of the glasses in sugar syrup beforehand and then in desiccated coconut or pink decorative sugar. In addition, cut one strawberry in each case and place it on the edge of the glass.
