Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 3 tbsp ajvar
- 1 pinch of sambal oelek
- herb salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix all ingredients and let it simmer. Be careful with the spiciness. Feel free to add some fresh ingredients, such as spring onions. Serve the dip with raw vegetables, grilled vegetables, bread, or even grilled meat.
